The term "fiduciary accounts" referenced in Proposal 4 to the Combined
Proxy Statement for Special Meetings of Stockholders of Dreyfus Liquid Assets,
Inc., Dreyfus Worldwide Dollar Money Market Fund, Inc. and The Dreyfus Fund
