INVESTMENT IN TRANSCAPACITY L.P.
FIRST QUARTER 1994
(1) In the first quarter of 1994 TransCapacity L.P. continued to work
on development of the data base and computer software system.
It is anticipated the system will be operational in June of 1994.
(2) EUA Energy Corporation did not advance any funds to TransCapacity L.P.
in the first quarter of 1994. On a cumulative basis EUA Energy has
invested $1,850,000 in TransCapacity.
(3) Services were provided by three (3) EUA Service Corporation staff
personnel in the following areas:
o Attending TransCapacity L. P. partnership meetings
o Negotiating outside services contracts on behalf of TransCapacity
L.P.
o Development of a TransCapacity L.P. marketing/advertising plan
(4) TransCapacity L.P. Financial Statements for the first quarter 1994.
