* This Amendment is filed to correct an immaterial error in the number of
Warrants acquired originally by Mr. Holmes. The number originally reported was
2,078,252 when Mr. Holmes in fact held 2,078,752 Warrants.
** On May 13, the Reporting Person bought 50,000 shares of Common Stock of the
Issuer for his daughter, Carrie Catherine Holmes, a minor. The shares are held
by Diane G. Holmes in a custodian account.
