The registrant has been focusing its efforts on completing its delinquent
reports and gathering the information necessary to complete the fiscal 2000
financial statements, as such it has been unable to complete the report by the
required date.

The Company's fiscal 2000 audit is in process. The audit has been delayed
because certain information requests from parties engaged on behalf of the
Company and on behalf of the Creditors' Committee remain outstanding.
Furthermore, such information is subject to audit testing which has not yet been
performed. As such, the Company is unable to predict its expected loss at this
time, as certain of this information could increase the expected loss (i.e.,
disbursements) or decrease the expected loss (i.e., recovery of preference
payments).
