2. Lease Payment Receipts
The following are revenues received from NAESCO in connection with
leasing PSNH assets
during the period covered by this report:
Newington 325*
*Includes operation and maintenance charges and property taxes associated
with leased property.
PSNH became a wholly owned subsidiary of Northeast Utilities on June 5,
1992.
NAESCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northeast Utilities, began
operations on June 29, 1992.
