     All services of Public Service Company of New Hampshire (PSNH) for the
     period covered by this report that have been rendered to North Atlantic
     Energy Service Corporation (NAESCO):

     leasing PSNH assets
     during the period covered by this report:

    *Includes operation and maintenance charges and property taxes associated
     with leased property.

     PSNH became a wholly owned subsidiary of Northeast Utilities on June 5,
     1992.

     NAESCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northeast Utilities, began
     operations on June 29, 1992.
