             Columbia Fuels, Inc. hereby certifies to said Commission
             pursuant to Rule 24, that, in accordance with the terms and
             conditions of and for the purposes represented by the
             statement on Form U-1, as amended, and of said order with
             respect thereto, no commercial paper notes were issued and
             sold during the fourth quarter of 1994.

             Also, Columbia Fuels, Inc. hereby informs the Commission that
             as of December 8, 1994, operations with respect to such
             company were ceased and it is anticipated that the company
             will be dissolved in February, 1995.
