Pursuant to the Board of Trustees approval, effective May 1, 2000, the Fund will
change its name to Stein Roe Small Cap Tiger Fund.
Pursuant to the Board of Trustees approval, effective May 1, 2000, the Fund will
change its class names to Class A, Class B and Class C.
