May 1, 1995, of Seligman Growth Fund, Inc.
Loris D. Muzzatti, Managing Director of the Manager since January 1991, has
joined David Watts as Co-Portfolio Manager of the Fund. Mr. Muzzatti has been
Vice President of Seligman Capital Fund, Inc. since October 1987 and Portfolio
Manager since December 1988. He also is Vice President and Portfolio Manager of
the Seligman Capital Portfolio of Seligman Portfolios, Inc. Mr. Muzzatti, who
joined the Manager in 1985, also manages a portion of the Manager's leading
institutional accounts.
