State below in reasonable detail the reasons why form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F,
10-Q or N-SAR or portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed time
period.
The Company has had a backlog of work caused by its efforts to increase
its oil and gas holdings. The company is also experiencing a shortage of funds
which has delayed its efforts to hire additional help to complete its financial
statements. As a result the Company has not been able to complile the
information that is required to be disclosed in its 10-QSB. Consequently, the
Company may not be able to file its Form 10-QSB on time without unreasonable
effort or expense.
