         GLOBAL GOLD  CORPORATION  (THE "COMPANY") IS WAITING FOR THE COMPLETION
OF ITS UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT TO BE INCLUDED IN ITS REPORT ON FORM 10-QSB
FOR THE QUARTER ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2000. THE COMPLETION OF SUCH REPORT HAS BEEN
DELAYED  DUE  TO  THE  TRAVEL  OF  THE  COMPANY'S   PRESIDENT   OUTSIDE  OF  THE
UNITEDSTATES.  THE  COMPANY  INTENDS TO FILE ITS  REPORT ON FORM  10-QSB FOR THE
QUARTER  ENDED  SEPTEMBER  30, 2000  PROMPTLY  AFTER THE COMPANY  FINALIZES  ITS
UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT.
