    1995, and Lee G. Brown continues to serve as President thereof.
(2) Debra A. Duncan and Robert C. Duncan served as officers of J.C. Duncan
    Company, Inc. and related companies (the "Duncan Companies") prior to the
    Company's acquisition of the Duncan Companies on November 30, 1995, and
    continues to serve as officers thereof.
(3) Robert C. Duncan is the grantor and sole trustee of the Robert C. Duncan
    Annuity Trust Number Two.
(4) Bob Sheck served as an officer of CANA First Corporation d/b/a Scott
