The Company recognized a loss of approximately $1
million in the period ending December 31, 1992 as a
result of losses sustained in a seafood company in
which the Company has a 50% equity investment. For the
period ending December 31, 1993, the Company recognized
a gain of $1.322 million as a result of the termination
of a royalty agreement.
