If so, attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively
and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a
reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made.

It is expected that results reported for the year ended

results reported for the year ended September 30, 1997.
Management anticipates reporting a loss for the year ended
September 30, 1998 which will be significantly greater than
the loss reported for the previous fiscal year. Management
is unable to quantify the expected loss due to the books not
being closed and material audit adjustments are anticipated.
