The following supersedes the corresponding information set forth in the second
paragraph under the heading "Brokerage Fees, Commissions, and Other Costs" on
page 8 of the Prospectus:
The Administrator has agreed that the total amount of fees and commissions
charged for any transaction executed by the Administrator's broker-dealer
affiliate, State Street Brokerage Services, Inc., will be $.08 per share,
regardless of the size of the transaction.
