NARRATIVE
As a result of Hadson Corporation's recent corporate relocation, delays were
encountered in gathering the necessary support for the financial statements of
the Employee 401(k) Savings Plan. The necessary information has now been
gathered, and Hadson Corporation respectfully requests a 15-day extension of
the deadline for filing Form 11-K.
