FOR THE QUARTER ENDED JUNE 30, 1994
1. CONSULTING SERVICES
AEP Energy Services, Inc. (AEPES) has provided consulting services
to a contractor, who is performing work on a U.S. Agency for Inter-
national Development sponsored Energy Efficiency and Market Reform
Project in Kyrgyzstan.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
AEPES sold a line clearance computer management information software
package, including manuals and other supporting documentation, to a
utility in the United States for $15,000. 70% of the revenues were
credited to American Electric Power Service Corporation, and the
remaining 30% were credited to AEPES.
3. GUARANTEES OR ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITIES BY AEP ON BEHALF OF AEPES
None.
