The Registrant has just become aware and has informed its legal counsel that
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has upheld a decision for the
U.S. District Court regarding the Registrant's Montanore Property. Counsel
was unable to verify this information in a timely manner for inclusion in the
Form 10-KSB.
