Item 8. Change In Fiscal Year
On October 8, 1999, QMS, Inc. modified its accounting periods effective in
fiscal 2001, from a fiscal year ending on the Friday closest to December 31 to
a fiscal year ending on the Friday closest to March 31. The first SEC report
affected by this change will be the 10-Q Report for the three-month transition
period ending on March 31, 2000.
