How the Fund Invests--Other Investments and Policies
The Fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in U.S. Government
securities. Up to 35% of total assets may be committed to investments
other than U.S. Government securities, including investment in high
quality money market instruments, adjustable rate debt securities,
collateralized mortgage obligations and corporate debt obligations rated
at the time of purchase at least A by Moody's Investors Service or Standard
& Poor's Ratings Group or, if unrated, will be of equivalent quality in the
judgment of the Fund's Subadviser.
