ESTIMATED RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
The Company currently estimates that its net income (loss) for fiscal 1999 was
between $(1,700,000) and $(800,000) as compared to the previously reported
net income (loss) of approximately $(1,473,000) for fiscal 1998.
