ITEM 4. Ownership.

    (a) Amount Beneficially Owned:

        As of June 10, 1999, the Filer had an 8.75% Convertible Debenture Loan
        Agreement for $1,750,000 due March 2, 2005, and convertible at $4.52 per
        share (convertible within sixty days); 214,728 shares of common stock;
        and warrants to purchase 105,000 shares of the Company's common stock on
        or before March 2, 2003.  On July 30, 1999, the Filer purchased 5,000
        shares of 5.25% Series A Preferred Stock for $500,000, convertible at
        $3.50 per share and warrants to purchase 15,000 shares of the Company's
        common stock on or before July 30, 2005.  From November 16-24, 1999, the
        Filer purchased 39,000 shares of the Company's common stock.  Thus the
        Filer owns 903,753 shares of the Company's common stock.  The Investment
        Advisor is Renaissance Capital Group, Inc., which is also Investment
        Manager for Renaissance US Growth and Income Trust PLC. Renaissance US
        Growth and Income Trust PLC also owns securities of Display
        Technologies, Inc.
