Lindner Growth Fund only holds 0.61% of the fully diluted
outstanding class of securities.

Lindner Dividend Fund, a registered investment company, is the
holder of a 6% convertible bond and warrants, that if converted
would result in a holding of 9.58% of the outstanding class of stock.
(Lindner Dividend Fund no longer holds the 10% convertible bond.)
