Capital Appreciation Fund:
Effective September 9, 1996, Husic Capital Management
("Husic") has replaced Hudson Capital Advisers as an Asset Manager
of the Capital Appreciation Fund.
Husic was founded in 1986, and is a limited partnership which
is 100% owned by Frank J. Husic.
Global Bond Fund:
Effective August 28, 1996, Rogge Global Partners is 100% owned
by United Asset Management, a public company.
