The following information supersedes that contained in the
Statement of Additional Information dated April 1, 1996 solely
with respect to the Capital Appreciation Fund:
Effective September 9, 1996, Husic Capital Management
("Husic") has replaced Hudson Capital Advisers as an Asset
Manager of the Capital Appreciation Fund.
Husic was founded in 1986, and is a limited partnership which
is 100% owned by Frank J. Husic.

The following information supersedes that contained in the
Prospectus dated April 1, 1996 solely with respect to the Capital
Appreciation Fund:
Effective September 9, 1996, Husic Capital Management
("Husic") has replaced Hudson Capital Advisers as an Asset
Manager of the Capital Appreciation Fund. The firm is a limited
partnership founded in 1986. All of the ownership interests are
ultimately owned through Frank J. Husic. As of June 30, 1996,
assets under management totaled approximately $4 billion. The
firm's address is 555 California Street, Suite 2900, San
Francisco, CA 94104.
Frank J. Husic is the portfolio manager of the portion of the
Capital Appreciation Fund managed by Husic. He has been Managing
Director and Chief Investment Officer of the firm since its
inception.
