Investment Adviser and Administrator - SSBC Fund
Management Inc. ("SSBC") (f/k/a Mutual Management Corp.), was incorporated
in December 1968 under the laws of the State of Delaware. SSBC is a
wholly owned subsidiary of Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc.
