Part IV - Item (3)
By reason of the sale of certain operations and the purchase as of June 28,
1999 of a line of business for manufacturing and selling medical diagnostic
assays, there will be significant changes in results of operations from the
fiscal 1998 report. However, the fiscal 1999 report has not been finalized,
therefore a reasonable estimate of changes in the results of operations
cannot be made.
