SUPPLEMENT TO PROSPECTUS
DATED AUGUST 1, 1995
The following language replaces the first paragraph under
DIVIDENDS, DISTRIBUTION AND TAXATION - DIVIDENDS AND
DISTRIBUTIONS on page 18 of the Prospectus:
Each Fund's policy is to pay at least annually as dividends
substantially all of its net investment income and to
distribute at least annually all of its net realized capital
gains, if any, after giving effect to any available capital
loss carryover.
