DECEMBER 31, 1997 CANNOT BE FILED BY THE PRESCRIBED DUE DATE WITHOUT
UNREASONABLE EFFORT OR EXPENSE BECAUSE OF THE RELOCATION OF THE COMPANY'S
OFFICES, WITHIN EXISTING BUILDING, AND MOVE OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES TO NEW
BUILDING. THESE ACTIVITIES DELAYED CLOSING OF QUARTER AND PREPARATION OF REPORT.
