"Commission") on August 24, 1995. The Registration Statement was erroneously
filed with the Commission in conjunction with several other documents filed with
the Commission on that date by the Corporation through the "EDGAR" system. The
Commission is advised that none of the securities covered by the Registration
Statement have been sold pursuant to the Registration Statement.
