Registrant was unable to complete electronic formatting of required filing when adjustments to
audit report were completed on March 31. Also, access to electronic filing connections were
unavailable, apparently due to extremely high volume of use by other filers, after 4:30 P.M. e.t. On
March 31, 1999.
