"Management of the Trust - Portfolio Manager(s)" of each
Fund's Prospectus is amended to reflect the following change
effective May 28, 1996.
Pamela K. Bledsoe, Executive Director of Fixed Income Investments
since June of 1995, assumed portfolio management responsibilities
of the Treasury Money Market Trust and the Money Market
Instruments investment category of the Balanced Strategy, Growth
Strategy, and Income Strategy Funds replacing J. Eric Thorderson.
Ms. Bledsoe's biographical information follows:
Ms. Bledsoe has eight years investment management experience and
has worked for USAA Investment Management Company since July 1991,
where she has held various positions in Fixed Income Investments.
Ms. Bledsoe earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in
1992 and is a member of the Association for Investment Management
and Research and San Antonio Financial Analysts Society, Inc.
Ms. Bledsoe holds an MBA from Texas Christian University and a BS
from Louisiana Tech University.
