The current portfolio manager is Marie Conti, an Investment Associate of
Prudential Investment Advisors, a unit of The Prudential Investment Corporation
(PIC). Ms. Conti has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the
portfolio. Ms. Conti has managed the portfolio since April 19, 1995 and has been
employed by PIC as a portfolio manager since September 1989 and prior thereto
was employed in an administrative capacity at PIC since August 1988. Ms. Conti
also manages Prudential Municipal Bond Fund, Modified Term Series and several of
the other state series.
New York Series
The current portfolio manager of the Series is Patricia Dolan, a Managing
Director of Prudential Investment Advisors, a unit of The Prudential Investment
Corporation (PIC). Ms. Dolan has responsibility for the day-to-day management of
the portfolio. Ms. Dolan has managed the portfolio since April 19, 1995 and has
been employed by PIC as a portfolio manager since October 1991. She was formerly
a Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Municipal Trust Department of
Citibank Private Banking Division where she was employed from 1981 to 1991. Ms.
Dolan also serves as the portfolio manager of Prudential National Municipals
Fund, Inc. and the Prudential Municipal Bond Fund, Insured Series.
Pennsylvania Series
The current portfolio manager of the Series is Peter J. Allegrini, a
Managing Director of Prudential Investment Advisors, a unit of The Prudential
Investment Corporation (PIC). Mr. Allegrini has responsibility for the
day-to-day management of the portfolio. Mr. Allegrini has managed the portfolio
since April 19, 1995 and has been employed by PIC as a portfolio manager since
July 1994. From 1982 to 1986, he was employed by Fidelity Investments as a
senior bond analyst and from 1986 to 1994, he was a portfolio manager, most
recently of Fidelity Advisor High Income Municipal Fund. Mr. Allegrini also
serves as the portfolio manager of Prudential Municipal Bond Fund, High Yield
Series.
