reallowance or commission on the first
$1 M - $4,999,999 is 0.75%, Next $1 - $5M above that is 0.25%, and next $1 and
more above that is 0.00%. The maximum total compensation on the first $1 M-
$4,999,999 is 1.00%, next $1 -$5M above that is 0.50%, and next $1 and more
above that is 0.25%.
