MFS Arkansas Municipal Bond Fund
Supplement to the Current Prospectus
During the period May 1, 1995 through June 30,
1995 (the "Sales Period") (unless extended by MFS Fund
Distributors, Inc. ("MFD"), the Funds distributor),
MFD will pay Stephens Inc. (Stephens) 100% of the
applicable sales charge on sales of Class A shares of
the MFS Arkansas Municipal Bond Fund (the Fund) sold
by Stephens during the Sales Period. Furthermore, MFD
will pay Stephens an additional commission equal to
0.50% of the net asset value of the Class B shares of
the Fund sold by Stephens during the Sales Period.
The date of this Supplement is May 1, 1995.
