The purpose of this Post Effective Amendment to the Registrant's Registration
Statement on Form N-1A is to designate July 31, 2000 as the new effective date
for Post Effective Amendment No. 28 to the Registrant's Registration Statement
on Form N-1A ("Post-Effective Amendment No. 28") as filed pursuant to Rule 485
(a)(1) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 26, 2000 and which has
not yet become effective. Pursuant thereto, Post-Effective Amendment No. 28,
