To our Shareholders:
In order to accommodate the additional shareholders who wish to attend our
1999 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, April 22, at 10:00 A.M., the
location of the meeting has been changed to the Sottile Theatre, 44 George
Street, Charleston, South Carolina.
Seating space at the meeting will continue to be limited; therefore,
admission will be by ticket only. Please refer to page 23 of our March 17, 1999
proxy statement regarding the meeting for additional information on attending
the meeting in person.
