EXHIBIT A
It is anticipated that significant change in the results of the
Company's operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will
be reported including the following:
Sales for the three months ended March 31, 2000 were approximately $858,148 or a
decrease of 58% from the $2,091,079 in sales for the period ended March 31,
1999. The decrease in sales is due to several factors including a significant
rise in mortgage interest rates which reduced the sales of credit reports
associated with home refinances, continued consolidation within the Company's
wholesale credit client base, and a resistance of clients to install new
software applications. The loss from operations for the quarter ending March 31,
2000 was $752,150, which represents a difference of $907,779 from the income
from operations of $155,629 for the quarter ending March 31, 1999 for the
reasons stated above. Net income was $(767,893) for the period ended March 31,
2000 compared to $85,067 for the three months ended March 31, 1999. At March 31,
2000, the Company had working capital of $(3,635,704) as compared to working
capital of $(549,648) March 31, 1999.
