Explanation of Responses:
All options represent the right to purchase DCI common shares.
On June 28, 1999 70,000 options were canceled. No consideration was received
by the reporting individual for the cancellation.
On February 9, 2000 5,000 options for the reporting individual's son expired.
No consideration was received by the reporting individual or the reporting
individual's son for the expiration.
