thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed period.
The report was not filed timely due to clerical error. The Company contracts
with a vendor to complete its electronic filings. The Company completed the Form
10-QSB in a timely manner, but did not properly instruct the vendor to complete
the filing until after 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
