(computer) and installation could not be completed in time to permit the
registrant to generate financial information required for the subject report.

Since the end of the corresponding period of the prior fiscal year the
registrant has sold certain operations and acquired two new businesses. The
results of operations for the current period will include the results of
operations for these two new businesses, including approximately $1,365,000

period. Additional information concerning results of operations will be
provided with the registrant's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the June 30,
1996 quarter.
