Deregistration
On February 9, 1993, Laments Apparel, Inc. (the "Company") filed its
Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 33-58030) (the
"Registration Statement") covering $75,000,000 aggregate principal amount of
the Company's 11 1/2% Senior Secured Notes Due 1999 (the "Notes"). Pursuant to
Item 512(a)(3) of Regulation S-K, this Post-Effective Amendment No. 4 is being
filed to remove from registration the Notes that remain unsold under the
Registration Statement.
