Supplement dated May 15, 1995 to Prospectus dated April 1, 1995
The first paragraph of the section entitled "Portfolio
Management" on page 40 of the Fund's Prospectus is amended to
read as follows:
"Donna L. Terry, Vice President of Boston Advisors has
served as an Investment Administrator to the Fund since
April 1995 and manages the day-to-day operations of the
Fund, including making all investment decisions."
