Explanation of Responses:
* On November 10, 2000, Dennis Sinclair donated 50,000 shares to the Joe Parker
Squyres Memorial Fund. The donation made by Dr. Sinclair will assist the
Memorial Fund in awarding scholarships to Communications/Public Relations
students at California State University, Fullerton.
