It is expected that the registrant will report net income of
approximately $312,310 for the year ended June 30, 1997
compared to a net loss of $486,339 for the year ended June 30,
1996. The change in net income for the current period is
attributable to a loss from continuing operations of
approximately $244,884 and to an extraordinary gain of
approximately $557,994.
