                     SUNAMERICA INCOME FUNDS

         Supplement to the Prospectus dated July 28, 1995

     The second paragraph under the section entitled "Management of
the Trust - Portfolio Managers" on page 19 of the Prospectus is
deleted and the third paragraph is restated as follows:

     Howard B. Udis, formerly assistant portfolio manager of
     the High Income Fund, assumed responsibility for the
     portfolio management of the Fund effective August 14,
     1995.  Mr. Udis has been associated with the Adviser
     since January 1993.  Previously, Mr. Udis was a portfolio
     manager with Value Line, Inc.
