Templeton Money Fund
The prospectus for the above Fund is hereby supplemented by adding the following
language at the end of the first paragraph in the section "EXCHANGE PRIVILEGE":
Shareholders of Class II Franklin Templeton Funds may, however, elect to direct
their dividends and capital gain distributions to the Fund, or to another
Franklin Templeton money market fund.
