vote on an important proposal that affects your fund. This
information described the proposal and asked for your vote on this

important. The Special Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for April
19, 2000 cannot be held until we receive a majority of the votes. If

fund will receive a separate card for each account and should vote
each card.
