GENERAL INSTRUCTION
1. This form is required by Rule 12b-25 (17 CFR 240.12b-25) of the
General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of
1934.
2. One signed original and four conformed copies of this form and
amendments thereto must be completed and filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C. 20549 in accordance with Rule
0-3 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Act. The
information contained in or filed with the form will be made a matter
of public record in the Commission files.
3. A manually signed copy of the form and amendments thereto shall be
filed with each national securities exchange on which any class of
securities of the registrant is registered.
4. Amendments to the notifications must also be filed on form 12b-25 but
need not restate information that has been correctly furnished. The
form shall be clearly identified as an amendment notification.

(IV) The registrant estimates revenue of approximately $2,573,000 for the
quarter ended May 31, 1998, as compared to revenue of $405,674 for the quarter
ended May 31, 1997. This change in the results of operations is primarily
attributable to revenue from exhibitions of approximately $2,100,000 during the
quarter ended May 31, 1998 as compared to revenue from exhibitions of $377,320
during the quarter ended May 31, 1997. Additionally, the registrant had
licensing revenues of approximately $137,500 during the quarter ended May 31,
1998, as compared to zero revenues from licensing during the quarter ended May
31, 1997, and merchandise, book and other revenues of approximately $336,500
(including some of $76,500 from the rental of exhibitry to the Florida
International Museum) during the quarter ended May 31, 1998, as compared to
$28,354 from these sources during the quarter ended May 31, 1997. The
registrant's general an administrative expenses increased from $348,108 during
the quarter ended May 31, 1997 to approximately $380,000 during the quarter
ended May 31, 1998, principally as a result of an increase in professional
fees. Additionally, the registrant had depreciation expense of approximately
$30,000 during the quarter ended May 31, 1998 as compared to zero depreciation
expense during the quarter ended May 31, 1997.
Income before taxes was $2,163,000 for the quarter ended May 31, 1998 as
compared to $57,556 for the quarter ended May 31, 1997. After provision for
income taxes of approximately $826,00 (after application of the available
portion of its net operating loss carryforwards), the registrant had net income
of approximately $1,317,000 for the quarter ended May 31, 1998 as compared to
$57,566 for the quarter ended May 31, 1997.
