Due to the recent change in the Company's Principal Accounting Officer, and a
number of significant transactions, including the purchase of an aggregate
stop loss reinsurance agreement and the conversion of its Trust Originated
Preferred Securities, the Company is currently finalizing its required
disclosure related to such transactions for inclusion in its third quarter
Form 10-Q.
