On August 9, 1999 the Board of Directors appointed Doug Olson
President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company following
the resignation of A.B. Goldberg as President, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer. On August 16, 1999 Doug Olson has accepted the
appointment of President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the
Company.
